In April 2008 a couple friends and I drove to Avery Island, Louisiana. Avery Island is the home of Tabasco Hot Sauce, and we took a short tour of their factory before walking around the island’s gardens. The Tabasco Factory is a little unimpressive, but the gardens make it worth the trip.
